*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased before we close for the day.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Due to time constraints staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale. Please no small children or pets at this sale.
*absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask. The family has pulled everything they wanted to keep so if it’s in the photos it will be there on the first day. Please call and ask if you’re interested in knowing if certain items are still there on the second and last day.
*there will be limited entry into the sale of 25 people at a time for this sale.
*1st day, full price. 2nd day, 25% off. 3rd day, 50% off. The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items. We will do our best to add that to notes in the photos if so.
*Pets are not allowed, only Service animals are allowed.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.

This family has been in New Braunfels since near the founding. There are some unique pieces of handmade furniture from known furniture makers from the latter part of the 1800's.
Walnut rocking chair and footstool- Handmade by Otto Brinkmann of Comfort.
Two piece walnut bookshelf- Handmade by Otto Brinkmann.
Dresser/buffet- handmade by Franz Stautzenberger probably early to mid 1800's.
1800's German shrank wardrobe, breakdown type for easy moving.
Eastlake Walnut bedroom set - circa 1910. Bought from Jahn Furniture in New Braunfels.
1930's era Lane cedar chest.
New Braunfels and Texas history, gardening, and art books. UT chaimpionship glasses from the 60's, UT and New Braunfels yearbooks, UT clothing.
Vintage kitchenware including Flame orange Fire-King, canister sets. StonewareBowls, white stoneware dish set, and tons of items for bakers.
Tons of ephemera and photos, mostly New Braunfels related. Vintage and antique clothing. The lady of the house was a long tern sewing fanatic with 2 machines including a Bernina sewing machine, fabric, sewing notions, lace, and patterns.
