* This sale was by appointment only… due to the fact someone posted the address on-line, calling for an appointment is no longer required.
* We will be offering 60% off both days.
* No Parking in Driveway - Loading and unloading only
*Not responsible for accidents.
*Cash or Credit Card. ($10 minimum required to use Credit Card). All Major credit cards accepted Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
* No Public Restrooms Available -
* All items are priced “As Is”, “Where-Is”, “No Warranties are given.
* Buyer is responsible to move all purchases. Please bring help moving large or heavy items, the staff will be unable to assist you in moving large/heavy items. Please bring your own packing materials to secure your purchase as we will have a limited supply on hand.
* If you are a reseller, please bring us a current copy of your tax id form. You must be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form for every sale.
