Vintage and Antiques on The Hill by Golden Bow

The address will be released at 6am the morning of the sale (Friday 9/18). The home is located in a neighborhood near Loop 337 and Walnut Ave near Herbert’s Restaurant.
We are implementing a new line-up process that is very simple. We hand you a ticket with a number that holds your place in line starting with #1. On 1st day of the sale tickets will be handed out starting at 7 am. On following days of the sale tickets will be handed at 8 am. You may get a ticket for a +1 only if you’re bringing a friend. To enter the sale, everyone needs to line up in the order of their numbered tickets. If you lose your ticket you will need to get another and start over so please put it somewhere safe!

Please note if your purchase is over $100 please be prepared to show your ID if paying with card.

Texting is the best form of communication. Calling in the week prior and during the sale when we are too busy to answer means questions unanswered. Much easier for us to reply to text than answer the phone.

This is a 3 day sale! The 1st day is full price, 2nd day is 25% and the 3rd day is 50% off.

*No shopping with large bags, tote bags or baby strollers. Bags can be dropped off at front door or hold area and strollers need to stay outside the house.

*Golden Bow Designs / Estate Sales accepts credit cards and cash. Charges will appear as: GOLDEN BOW DESIGNS
*Items are priced As-Is, Where-Is, no warranty implied.
*Buyer responsible to move all items purchased by 4pm on Sunday 9/20.
*Please bring help moving heavy items and bring packing materials to secure your purchases as we have a very limited supply on hand. Staff will not be able to help with loading during the sale. The Buyer is responsible to move their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. We have a mover at the ready who offers his services by the job and his rates are very reasonable.
*We are not responsible for injuries or accidents at this sale.
*Please no pets at this sale unless they are service animals.
*Small children are fine but they are counted as a +1 and should look with their eyes and not with their hands.
*Absolutely no items will be pre-sold and no prices will be given out prior to the sale so please do not ask.
*The family reserves the right to set reserve pricing on certain items. We will make note in those photos.
*If you are a reseller please bring a current copy of your tax ID and a completed tax exemption form if possible, or be prepared to fill out a tax exemption form. We require a new one at every sale and will be checking current numbers with the TX comptroller website.
