Accepting Visa / Mastercard on items over $20, cash only for anything less. Payment due upon receipt of the purchased goods. Checks discouraged, we will only consider accepting a personal check with a matching driver's license (photo will be taken) for items over $100. No pets / no young children, as there are many highly delicate and very old items at this estate sale. If you break it, you bought it. Not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults, and with no warranties, express or implied. Buyer assumes all risk and agrees to hold the seller harmless for any injury to persons or property resulting from the sale.
