Moving -curated estate sale, prices on furniture range from $200-$7,000. MOST of the furniture is high-end, antique / curated items, will also include some fine art and decor as well, by renown artists from the U.S. and Europe. We will be running this on two schedules: Wednesday and Thursday, August 5-6, 30-minute appointment in advance (text me at 830-832-9028 to set up your individual appointment), available from 9:30 AM till 7 PM Wednesday and Thursday. Friday August 7 and Saturday August 8, OPEN ESTATE SALE FROM 10-4. On Saturday and Sunday, only 5 persons will be allowed in the house at a time-there will be a sign-up line outside the home. We are allowing for 15-30 minute timeslots for viewing and inspecting / purchasing items on Friday and Saturday to give buyers individual attention and assistance. Please contact the sellers at 830-832-9028, via text or call, to set up your appointed timeslot. There will be NO entry allowed without prior scheduling / arrangement for Wednesday / Thursday. No children or pets allowed, all sales final, and moving arrangements can be coordinated at your appointed time of sale. We can arrange with the buyers for larger furniture items to come back to be moved out between 4-5 PM each day if additional assistance from the buyers party is needed for these heavier items. We are selling 90% of our curated furniture collection, along with other fine art from Europe, the U.S., France, Italy, and useful entertaining items such as a crystal, Herend tea sets, Bulgarian pottery, multiple vintage wine / liquor sets, kitchen ware, China sets, custom-made curtain sets with Italian silks and scala madre fabrics!

The furniture largely consists of high end, antique, curated furniture pieces for sale, along with other quality pieces, from bedroom suites, a 1907 genuine (signed) Gustav Stickley round table and 6 chairs (comes with a custom-beveled glass protective top), August Hoffman polished Mahogany baby grand piano, leather recliners, a FABULOUS 1930's French Art Deco hand-carved dining room suite (includes table leaves) with 6 leather-upholstered chairs, a full silver-service mirrored and marble bar and buffet, with a Belgian art-deco marble topped side-board as well. Office suite includes a 1910 English hand-carved arts and crafts chair, beautifully re-upholstered in Italian Scala Madra fabric. Beautifully coordinated with and arts and crafts desk. Two guest bedroom beds, one metal Ethan Allen gorgeous, brass queen bed, the other includes a 1910's-20's dresser. Some side tables included as well.

Living Room suite, with couch, coffee table and two coordinating end tables. Master Bedroom suite, with a beautiful king-sized bed, leather and wood carved headboard, with coordinating end dressers, a full armoire, and a side dresser with vanity mirror. Two matching 'southwest art deco' rope-pattern club chairs. Indoor-outdoor "hacienda pavilion" room suite of 2 chairs and couch. Outdoor sideboard tables (one heavy-carved Indonesian wood piece), and an outdoor round dining table and 4 chairs suite. Pavilion room indoor-outdoor couch and side chairs with cushion, Sunbrella's and wooden outdoor loungers (those need some repair). Multiple plant pots and 2 gorgeous jardinières available for purchase.
