This is a moving sale, and this is the second week showing, with individual showings set up for interested buyers via text or phone call scheduling at 830-832-9028 for Wednesday and Thursday. If you do not have a timeslot set up, you will not be allowed entry. All furniture moving must be arranged by the purchasers (including the baby-grand August Hoffman piano) and can be done either at the time of purchase, or after full payment is received and a scheduled pickup is coordinated.

The sellers will only accept cash, Zelle, OR major credit card (3% surcharge to cover merchant fees). All SALES FINAL. The sellers shall be held harmless for any damage incurred. Children and pets not allowed during the showings. Photos and descriptions of the items are available along with the pricing in the captions. Moving -curated estate sale, prices on furniture range from $200-$7,000, art from decorative to investment grade, from $50 to $7500. Marble Sculptures, 100-year-old Persian rugs, French, Italian, Hungarian and American bespoke pieces. ALSO will be selling many smaller / cheaper items from the cupboards, dishes, china, porcelein, cutlery and kitchenware. MOST of the furniture is high-end, antique / curated items, will also include some fine art and decor as well, by renown artists from the U.S. and Europe. We will be running this on two schedules: Wednesday and Thursday, August 12-13, 30-minute appointment in advance (text me at 830-832-9028 to set up your individual appointment), available from 9:30 AM till 7 PM Wednesday and Thursday. Friday August 14 and Saturday August 15, OPEN ESTATE SALE FROM 10-4, BUT on Friday and Saturday, only 5 persons will be allowed in the house at a time-there will be a sign-up line outside the home. We are allowing for 15–30-minute timeslots for viewing and inspecting / purchasing items on Friday and Saturday to give buyers individual attention and assistance. Please contact the sellers at 830-832-9028, via text or call, to set up your appointed timeslot for Wednesday or Thursday NOTE: There will be NO entry allowed without prior scheduling / arrangement for Wednesday / Thursday. No children or pets allowed, all sales final, and moving arrangements can be coordinated at your appointed time of sale. We can arrange with the buyers for larger furniture items to come back to be moved out between 4-5 PM each day if additional assistance from the buyers' party is needed for these heavier items. We are selling 90% of our curated furniture collection, along with other fine art from Europe, the U.S., France, Italy, and useful entertaining items such as a crystal, Herend tea sets, Bulgarian pottery, multiple vintage wine / liquor sets, kitchen ware, China sets, custom-made curtain sets with Italian silks and scala madre fabrics!

The furniture largely consists of high end, antique, curated furniture pieces for sale, along with other quality pieces, from bedroom suites, a 1907 genuine (signed) Gustav Stickley round table and 6 chairs (comes with a custom-beveled glass protective top), August Hoffman polished Mahogany baby grand piano, just tuned and sounds incredible, a FABULOUS 1930's French Art Deco hand-carved dining room suite (includes 2 table leaf's) with 6 leather-upholstered chairs, a full silver-service mirrored and marble bar and buffet, with a Belgian art-deco marble topped side-board as well. Office includes an arts and crafts copper desk set from the early 1900's. One guest bedroom left, with brass Ethan Allen gorgeous, queen bed, the other still holds a 1910's-20's dresser. Some side tables included as well.

Will have items from the pantry, closets, garage items as well, including tools and various items.
