Our preview times for each auction will be the day before the auction closes from 10-4 except when specified in the auction details
Removal: (NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY), (THREE DAYS ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS) Our removal times (listed below) are for each auction. Removals are allowed to be made on the (3) days following each auction except when one of those days lands on a Sunday. Then the next pick up day will be a Monday
TERMS AND CONDITIONS **There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased. A 13% Buyer's Premium for paying cash** ** All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
*PAYMENT TERMS: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:30P.M. ON THE THIRD DAY OF PICK UP, IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE, WE WIILL PROCESS YOUR CARD ON FILE
* ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH: Hodges Auctions and Liquidations LLC (PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.) Payment Types: Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Visa/Mastercard/Discover, Wire Transfer for any invoices over $5,000.00. All buyers must have a paid receipt from Hodges Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time.
Hodges Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal.
NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. *There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the Hodges Auctions premises* *Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – Hodges Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.* **Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions** *PHOTO'S AND DESCRIPTIONS WERE SUPPLIED BY: Hodges Auctions and remain the property of Hodges Auctions All merchandise not removed by deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Hodges Auctions. IMPORTANT: By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction.
Hodges Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, bid on behalf of the seller, and extend the closing date if needed.
Bidder agrees to hold Hodges Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
Please Note: Items left in our warehouse after the auction pick up dates will loaded onto a pallet and will be assessed a storage fee in the amount of 10.00 per pallet per day or 60.00 per pallet per week. Furniture lots will be assessed a fee of 10.00 per piece per day or 60.00 per piece per week if they do not fit on a standard 48" x 40" pallet. Items left past 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and will be re-auctioned in order to recover storage costs. No refunds will be given on abandoned merchandise and the bidder may lose their future bidding privileges.

THIS AUCTION IS LOCATED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. PREVIEW DAY IS ON APRIL 19TH FROM 10:00-4:00 ONLY. This Auction is the liquidation of a country estate. This includes a John Deere Zero turn mower, a John Deere Tractor, 2 Harley Davidson Motorcycles, 2 trailers, 2015 Thor Motor Coach, a 2013 Volvo Semi, hardware, assorted vintage and antique furniture, bar stools, drill press, compounding miter saw, 2 welders, tractor implements, benches, beer signs, Harley Davidson memorabilia, lawn and garden items, electronics, tools, art work, and much more. All of these items are located at the estate in new Waverly, TX . Address will be published the night before preview. Preview will be Tuesday 4/19 from 10am - 4pm Auction will close Wednesday 4/20 starting at 1:00pm Pick up for items will be 4/21-4/23 from 9am - 5pm (Thursday, Friday, & Saturday) ALL INVOICES GREATER THAN $5000 MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER, CASH, OR CASHIERS CHECK. No exceptions will be made for late pick up! Please bring your own help for heavy items. ***Any UNPAID Invoices will automatically be charged, to the credit card on file, at 4:30pm on the 3rd day of pick-up. If you would like to pick up at another location (Houston or Conroe) Reply to the email with your invoice and we will add a minimum of $10.00 (or 10%, whichever one is higher) We will charge your card on file. Once your items are transferred you will receive a phone call letting you know what hours are available for you to pick up.
