Thank you for viewing our sale! All Estate Sale Companies have different rules that we ask you to follow. Please read the guidelines below to see ours.
All sales are final and items are sold as-is/where-is.
We provide power so that you can test items before purchase.
No warranties given or implied and we do not accept exchanges and do not give refunds.
Top Shelf Estate Sales accepts cash and credit cards for sales over $50, with proper ID.
Checks will not be accepted.
We are required to charge sales tax. Please don't give us a hard time about this, we wish we didn't have to as well.
We do NOT provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale or they remain the property of the homeowner unless other specific arrangements are made. (IF one of our staff helps you move your item or load your car, please remember that they are doing this from kindness, not from obligation and remember to tip them appropriately. Thank you!)
Top Shelf Estate Sales is not liable for ANY breakage or loss.
If you put an item on the Hold Shelf, that means you will purchase it.
If you put a SOLD sticker on an item or ask us to, that means that you will purchase it.
We appreciate you understanding and only picking up, moving and placing on hold or SOLD items that you intend to purchase.
Top Shelf Estate Sales and the Homeowner are NOT responsible or liable for ANY accidents or injuries on the premises.
No large purses or bags will be allowed into the sale and we DO prosecute shoplifters.
We LOVE families and kids and welcome them at our sales! Please do keep in mind that we require all children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult at ALL times.

***UPDATE: Every now and then we get a sale that surprises us. This is one of those sales. What we thought was going to be a small sale has turned into a sale that has been both challenging and exciting! Take a look through the pictures below and see for yourself!! All photos have been updated but we will have MORE photos posted (especially of the jewelry, Christmas items, smalls, etc)***
We are thrilled to be in North Richland Hills this week! This lovely home and all it's contents are clean, high quality and have been very well cared for.
We start set up on Monday 11/13 and we will have a keyword list and updated photos at some point on Tuesday! For now, browse through the photos and enjoy!
