Friday, February 28 from  1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Saturday, March 1 from 10:00 A.M. to Noon
Monday, March 3 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Pick up will be in Keller, Texas.

Winning bidders will be contacted by email with their invoice and pick-up instructions following the completion of this auction.  Please look for an email at the completion of the auction. All instructions will be in the invoiced email sent out to the winners.  The email will come from Live Oak Auctions.  We usually have invoices sent out close to an hour after the last bid of the auction.

Introducing a true Gentleman’s Estate in Keller featuring Rustic & Western Decor, an All-Terrain E-Bike, Camera Equipment, and everything an Outdoorsman and/or Survivalist could ever imagine, plus more.  

Inside the home we find Rustic Cabin & Farmhouse Style Furniture featuring reclaimed wood and barn wood.  The Decor is decidedly Western & Texas Style with a touch of Industrial with the Articulating Robot Pipe Lamps.  Household goods are upscale, like the Cutco Cutlery set, for example.  

For the outdoorsman, and a major highlight of this auction, is the QuietKat Ranger 10 All Terrain E-Bike in Lot 10A that is also suitable for hunting.  The Trailer for this E-Bike is (sold separately) in Lot 11A and will carry up to 100lbs of gear or game.   Tactical Gear includes a very good selection of firearms (Shotguns and Pistols), ammo, gun cases, backpacks, and gun cleaning vice & supplies.  There are Deer Stands, Hunting Clothes, including Ghillie Suits!.  Go camping with the Tents, Hammocks, Cookware, and more.  Go fishing with the many Rods & Reels, Lures, Tackle, etc.  Archers will want to check out the two very upscale Bows and several lots of Arrows, plus accessories for the equipment.  

Survivalist Gear includes Portable Water Filtration & Storage, and Hydration Packs.  There are a large number of freeze dried meals, powdered milk and drinks.  A very expansive collection of Sportsman’s and Survivalist’s Knives is included in this estate; as well as several stands for displaying the knives.  It is a real adventure just to explore these lots and see everything you may need to survive without modern conveniences.
