All items must be removed from site by the Saturday at close of sale.

Fischer Estate
of Olmos Park
This beautiful home just sold and we have been contracted to sell its contents. The home must be ready to turn over to the new owners on the Monday following the sale so everything is priced with that goal in mind! We only have a couple of days to put the sale together so these pictures in no way cover all the goodies that will be sold at this estate - we are still digging out items from cabinets and storage. This spotless home is full of beautiful furniture, accessories, decor and household wares and is NOT TO BE MISSED!
NOTE:
HC Bay Baby Grand Piano - this piano was built by owner's relative who worked for HC Bay in the early 1900's - it has been in the family ever since! We will consider selling the piano before the sale as coordinating the move may take a little time. The piano will have to be removed from the premises by the Monday morning after the sale. We have contacted several piano moving companies and will have their contact information on hand for you to consider. We will require professional movers as this is a large piano and requires some finesse as to not damage the piano or the home.
