Estate Sale Time!  DATE CHANGE DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER FORECAST!

We have a great sale coming up the first weekend in February (Friday, February 6th, Saturday, February 7th and Sunday, February 8th) in the Brownwood Neighborhood near the Paris Elk’s Lodge in Paris, Texas. 

WE HAVE HAD TO MOVE THE SCHEDULED DATES FOR THIS SALE A SECOND TIME DUE TO THE POOR ROAD CONDITIONS IN MOST RESIDENTIAL AREAS AND CONTIUED PRESENCE OF ICE ON THE PROPERTY.  THE RISK OF SOMEONE FALLING IS TOO GREAT, BUT THIS SALE IS WORTH WAITING FOR.

THE WEATHER FORECAST LOOKS VERY PROMISING FOR WARMER, MELTING TEMPERATURES FOR EARLY NEXT WEEK, SO WE SHOULD BE IN GREAT SHAPE FOR THE 6th, 7th & 8th.     

This is the home of the late Gail Gunder and we will be liquidating the entire contents of her home. This home contains many beautiful items, things that will be a blessing in your home.  We have all the normal contents of an estate (washer, dryer, refrigerator, household furniture including a couch, a recliner, a beautiful dining room table with 6 chairs, 2 queen size beds, one of which is a Tempur-Pedic power bed with remote).  Are you looking for a Roku Smart TV, clothing, shoes, a sewing machine, sewing materials and supplies, kitchenware, a modern office desk and office supplies?  We have 100+ Barbie Dolls, most in their original packaging and many that are vintage and collectible.  Vintage metal John Deere toy tractor, hay bailer and grain drill in great condition.  Huge collection of Breyer toy horses including Clydesdales.  A large Victorian style doll house and lots of miniature doll house furniture.  Searching for Beanie Babies?  We have hundreds, including that one you’ve been looking for.  We have beautiful China, crystal and other collectible glass pieces; Depression Glass, Fenton, a Fairy Lamp, quilts and more.  Multiple teen and infant CPR medical practice manikins.  Books, CD's DVD's.  Vintage clocks and cameras.  A beautiful working grandfather clock, and of course lots of Christmas and Fall items/decorations.

If an item is in the description or shown in any of the pictures, it will be available when we open the doors Friday morning at 9am.
