We collect Sales Tax. Don't be mad at me and I don't know why some other companies do not.
All items sold 'as-is' ‘ where-is’.
Any unmarked/tagged items brought to checkout without a price will not be sold until further research can be done. Time line may be next day.
We will pre-sale specific items "by appointment only'' beginning Thursday, September 3 at noon and closes Wednesday, September 9 at noon. Dealers welcome! This offer is not an early shopping excursion for the complete Sale. This is intended only for specific and unique items that you may find of interest.
After pics are posted, please call me to discuss your interested pieces. All items pre-sold must be removed from the Sale location before the Sale opens unless other arrangements are made.
All items pre-sold will be marked as Sold or pics removed from EstateSales.net by 8:00 Wednesday evening before the Sale opens on Thursday morning. Check this site Thursday morning to verify your items of interest are still available.
Pets: Only service dog pets allowed.
Note....Important! We are a professional Estate Sale Company. We are courteous and appreciate all Customers during our Sales. We are in this business because we like what we do, who we serve and the Customers we get to meet and greet. However, we do reserve the right to ask any Customer to leave or refuse service to anyone if we are not comfortable with their presence, think it interrupts the flow of the Sale or makes other Customers uncomfortable. Do not be offended....should that situation arise, just leave. Thank You!
