Payment will be made by clicking link in settlement or in person. If shipping we will collect over the phone and winning bidders must contact us after auction closes. Cash and Credit/Debit Cards visa and MasterCard
15% Buyer's Premium on all Won Lots
We will be charging sales tax as a requirement by the State of Texas. If you are tax exempt you must bring a completed resale certificate otherwise we will have to charge tax. It is your responsibility to bring a completed form not a copy of your certificate.
Security on premises at all times
All sales final as is where is. Please check your items!! No returns or refunds
No children under 12
No purses or tote bags
No Food or Drinks
Not responsible for accidents this is a private residence
Will not be able answer calls texts or emails during the sale hours for questions
