We accept all major forms of payment, including Zelle and Cash. Please note that all credit card purchases will incur a 3.5% convenience charge to cover processing fees. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
On-Site Rules & Regulations

Do not block neighbors' driveways or the street.
We ask that you please treat the house and property as if it were your own home, respecting all items and the premises.
Treating all employees and staff with dignity and respect is mandatory. We reserve the right to refuse service and require individuals to leave the premises for any disrespectful or disruptive behavior.
Item Loading and Transport
Buyers are responsible for loading all purchased items.
For large or heavy items, we kindly request that you please bring help for loading.
Please ensure you provide your own necessary equipment, such as a dolly, carpet/blankets for protection, and trucks, along with your own rope or straps for secure transport. Our staff will not be available to assist with the loading of large items.

Returns/Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds.
