Home is wheelchair accessible and we will gladly assist you the best we can but it is a 2-story home.

Children are welcome but MUST stay with parents at all times and parents ARE responsible for any items broken or damaged by their children.

You will need to bring help to move & load heavy/large items for this sale. We will assist as much as possible during the sale.

We accept Cash or all Credit/Debit cards (NO CHECKS)

All items are purchased as is - Please let us help you check the working condition of any electrical, etc. items before you purchase - NO RETURNS

Please contact us if you're interested in purchasing any items you see or need further information. As always we will be offering pre-sales (NOT pre-shopping of the home) for this sale. Items purchased pre-sale can be picked up prior to the sale, during the sale or other arrangements may be made. No item is marked sold until payment in full is received.

SUNDAY SALE ~ EVERYTHING NEEDS TO GO!

We'll open Sunday morning at 50% off 10 am to Noon. Noon to 2 will be 75% off. Items $1 or less will NOT be discounted (that gets too crazy). PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow folks to make "piles" waiting for the 75% off, they typically don't purchase 1/2 of what they were stock piling and it's just not fair to others. Please be understanding of this.
