1. CASH ONLY (bring plenty!)
2. Pick up LARGE items between 3:00-5:00 PM day of sale (bring help to load large items)
3. DO NOT block driveways in neighborhood
4. No LARGE purses, backpacks, bags, etc allowed inside the estate. Bring an EMPTY box and/or shopping bag!
5. Not responsible for accidents
6. If you break it, you buy it
7. New items will be introduced daily
8. Most prices are fair and firm. However, we are open to discussing offers.
9. We will possibly limit the number of people inside the house to ensure ample room for browsing
10. Children and Pets not allowed
