The instructions of personnel and signage at the sale supersede any language here or elsewhere. That said, here are the general guidelines for attending a Blue Moon sale.

We will put out numbers for the line one hour prior to opening. One number per person please.

Please park legally and respectfully
Driveway is for loading only.
Do not block any driveways or mailboxes or park on any grass.

No food, drink, or pets in the home (service animals are fine). We don’t track things in or tear things up or let our kids climb on things. There is no public restroom.

We accept cash and credit and debit cards as payment. No checks.

Sold stickers are available to mark items for purchase. Placing a sold sticker on an item is an obligation to purchase and removes the item from the sale. A valid sold sticker has a legible name and phone number on it. It is applied to the item or to the top half of the perforated price tag that is on the item. Remove the bottom portion of the perforated price tag, and present it to the cashier when paying. We do not allow the use of any sold stickers other than our own, and removing sold stickers is prohibited.

Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchases. Be prepared to bring help if needed to remove all items from the property by the end of the sale. Blue Moon does not provide moving help.

All items are sold "as is, where is". You are welcome to test the working condition of items on site when it is safe to do so. We do not make guarantees regarding the condition of items sold, and we do not offer refunds.

Theft is prosecuted.

Please be careful while shopping.
If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for the cost of the item.
Neither Blue Moon Estate Sales nor the property owner is responsible for accidents.

We do not pre-sell items. We do not give out pricing information before the sale.
