Cash, Debit, or Credit Accepted. You will get (3) days to load out your items including the day the auction ends. You must meet with us to remove your items, but we will be available for you within working hours (9:00am-5:00pm). We will not help load out any items so make sure you have help. If you're not able to remove all of the items in one trip, you will be required to pay a deposit that will be returned to you once the item is cleaned out. If you're not able to remove items within the selected window, you will be required to rent the unit under your own name with the storage facility. Room must be broom-swept clean before move out is complete.

We understand this is going to be a lot of work so we're willing to work with you on load out! If you want to load everything out at once you can, or we can arrange for you to make multiple trips. You must however take everything in the unit and not leave anything behind. If you will not be taking everything in one trip a deposit will be required.
