We will send invoices to the auction winners after the close of the auction. Invoices will have the final amounts and pick up details and locations. Payment by Paypal is encouraged. Local pick up only since we cannot package or ship and please make your own moving arrangements. Auctions close on Aug 29 and Aug 31, pick up days are Sept 2 and Sept 3. Description & Details
An apartment property management company has decided to eliminate their 4 bedroom model units and need to liquidate all of the contents. Since they bought everything brand new this means a rare opportunity to buy like new furniture, art and accents at far less than retail and even wholesale. These items have never (to our knowledge!) been used or slept and only served as decoration so we're calling them "like new" simply because this is not retail.
Most items are from World Market or Global Views or unidentified manufacturers but there are also a Hooker desk and a Samuel Lawrence bookcase. Here's a taste:
- armoires
- beds with headboards and linens
- media cabinets

- sofas and loveseats
- window curtains
- towels and shower drapes

- chairs - leather, rocking, desk, etc.
