We do not pre-sell items. We do not give out pricing information before the sale. We are not able to answer questions about the continued availability, condition, dimensions, etc., of the items we are selling. Please attend the event in person. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. No checks. We collect sales tax.
Please park legally and respectfully. Driveway is for loading. Do not block any driveways or mailboxes or park on anyone's grass.
Neither Blue Moon Estate Sales nor the property owner is responsible for accidents.
No food, drink, or pets in the home (service animals are fine). There is no public restroom.
Sold stickers are available to mark items for purchase. Placing a sold sticker on an item is an obligation to purchase and removes the item from the sale. A valid sold sticker has a legible name and phone number on it. We do not allow the use of any sold stickers other than our own, and removing sold stickers is prohibited.
Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchases. Bring help. Blue Moon does not provide moving help.
All items are sold "as is, where is". You are welcome to test the working condition of items on site when it is safe to do so. We do not make guarantees regarding the condition of items sold, and we do not offer refunds. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.
Theft is prosecuted.
If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for the cost of the item.
