* No Parking in Driveway - Loading and unloading only
*Not responsible for accidents.
*Children must remain with their parent at all times. Parents are responsible for any items broken by their children.
* No Public Restroom
* No Pets

* Prices will NOT be given out prior to the sale.
*Cash or Credit Card. ($10 minimum required to use Credit Card). All Major credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
* Sales Tax will be collected.
* All items are priced “As Is”, “Where-Is”, “No Warranties are given.
* Buyer is responsible for moving all purchases. Please bring help moving large or heavy items; the staff will be unable to assist you in moving large/heavy items. Please bring your own packing materials to secure your purchase as we will have a limited supply on hand.
* If you are a reseller, please bring us a current copy of your tax ID form. You must be prepared to fill out a tax form.

🛒 A cart, wagon, dolly, or other hauling equipment — if you plan to pick larger or heavier items.
📦 Boxes, bags, blankets, and packing materials — come ready to gather and protect your treasures.
💪 HELP TO MOVE YOUR PURCHASES — buyers are responsible for moving and loading everything they purchase. If you can’t carry it or move it, please don’t pick it!
