SALES TAX COLLECTED! Tax Exempt Buyers must provide a valid copy of their Tax Certificate. Tax Exempt customers must bring a PRE-FILLED out tax exempt form every sale to avoid being charged sales tax.

All Sales Are Final and items are Sold As-Is, with No Return, or Exchange. We Do Not issue Refund.

For safety of our clients and customers, we may be limiting the number of shoppers at one time, as and when necessary.

Children under 15 years are not allowed in this sale, due to a lot of breakables.

Please bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items. And please pick up by closing time on the last day of the sale, as advertised.

No large bag, purse, or backpack is allowed inside the sale premises. You may please leave them in your car.

Please do not block mail boxes or driveways.
