1. We do not provide price quotes before the sale opens. As we are busy preparing for the sale, we receive a high volume of phone calls. Leaving lengthy messages is not recommended.

2. Please ensure that you have made arrangements for payment and removal of your purchases. We accept cash, credit cards or debit card payments, as well as Zelle. A packing table will be available outside, and you will need to pack your own items. We do not offer any removal, loading, or moving services, but we can provide you with the names of third-party moving companies if you require assistance.

3. All items are pre-owned and sold as-is. Please exercise caution while selecting items, as they are in varying levels of used condition. We do not warranty the authenticity of any item, and therefore, there are no returns or refunds.

4. We will not sell items that are missing a tag or appear to have an altered tag, regardless of who is responsible for it.

5. If you are unable to pick up your purchased items by the last day of the sale, there will be a mandatory late pick-up service fee of $25 charged for each item. We do not provide storage and are not responsible for any items left behind. There are some exceptions for pre-demo items that require coordinated removal times.

6. We strictly prohibit children, strollers, pets, and large bags on the premises. We request our guests to treat the estate sale home, property, and contents with utmost respect and care.

7. Please be aware that entering the premises is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the sale. Please exercise caution while navigating the property, as many houses have steps, pools, and other hazards.
