 JUST A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THIS SALE
BECAUSE IT IS PACKED AND THE HALLWAYS ARE VERY NARROW :

1.  NO Large Bags/Purses - we have shopping baskets for you!!!

2.  Come prepared to bag/pack your own items - we have bags/paper

3.  We are unable to assist with loading - so bring your own help

4.  All items must be picked up by the close of the sale

5.  Children must be accompanied at all times - you will be responsible for paying for any items they (or you) break  No strollers.

7.  PARKING: Please be kind when parking!  Do not block neighbors mailboxes or driveways - you may get ticketed or towed.  There is plenty of parking on the SOUTHWEST corner of Independence and 15th in the old  Lone Star Fencing Center parking lot.  The house is s VERY SHORT walk from there.  You will not have to cross Independence or 15th.

8.  Let's all have fun on sale days - it will be tight quarters - but oh the treasures you will find!!!  Come ready to shop!
