You enter our sales locations at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility in case of any injuries, accidents or illnesses that may happen to yourself and/or any persons with you.
Please bring your own helpers to load large or heavy items.
All sales are final, and the items sold “as is, where is”, and there are no exchanges made or refunds given. You must remove all your purchases before the ending of the posted date of the sale or make arrangements with the estate sale company..

THIS IS BEING PICKED UP LATE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY SO THERE WILL BE NO PICTURES.
