In keeping with the current situation with the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and the CDC recommendations the following will continue to be implemented.  We will be limiting not more than 10 people at any given time within the home during the entire sale.  Please be aware that our staff will be counted within that group of 10.  We will be providing sanitizers and wiping down areas continuously throughout the sale.  We would like to emphasize that if you are feeling even the least bit ill please refrain from coming out to the sale and follow all other procedures that have been taken by local agencies such as hospitals with asking yourself the questions in regards to your own personal health situation.  If you do not have a mask you will be provided with a disposable one as an extra precautionary measure free of charge so that both you and staff can have a safe shopping environment. 

An additional service we will provide unique to this sale.  We will be prepared to take orders online on a first come first serve basis.  You can either email us at (lucysestatesales@gmail.com), text or call (361-402-0641) and be prepared to let us know your name, which item you are interested in and if it will be picked up or mailed.  If picked up we will give instructions at the time of payment.  If mailed you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.  As always we appreciate your support.  If it will be picked up a set time will be established to allow for the least disruption for all.

Reiterating that there will only be not more than ten allowed into the condo at any one time.  We ask that you be patient and allow for all to be able to shop remembering these are condominiums and first and foremost homes to many individuals not accustomed to high traffic volume.  Joe will be downstairs in the lobby and will direct how many can come up at a time.  In addition, do not forget our online process as well as an option to purchase.  You can either email us at (lucysestatesales@gmail.com), text or call (361-402-0641).  Although cell service is available at times it is spotty so just be aware of that as well. 

Our estate sale this week is a downsizing & liquidation estate sale of Judith Diaz & the late Dr. Oscar Diaz, long time residents of Port Aransas.  Mr. & Mrs. Diaz were active members of the St. Joseph’s By The Sea Catholic Parish.  We appreciate your support and the support for the Diaz family for whom we are conducting this relocation & downsizing sale.  The condo will be up for sale soon.
