Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $20 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $50), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, IF YOU SHOW UP TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT THE PROPER HELP YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND AND WE WILL NOT MOVE THE ITEMS FOR YOU. Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale. If you DO NOT show up to pick up your items before the end of the sale we will NOT return to let you in and a refund will not be given. ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise. No oversized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
If one of my staff helps you move an item there is a $20 charge.

This is a large home and it is FULL! The Miller family had eclectic taste. He was president of the Rotary club for many years so we have several signs, there are also some collectibles from CP&L as well as military uniforms.
There are some pretty fiesta dishes, Texas A & M items, men's and women's clothing, electronics ( some new in the box) cameras, office supplies and equipment, washer and dryer for sale, patio furniture and plants, three bedrooms of furniture, beautiful piano, vintage records ( some rock n roll) set of King ranch books, ladies vintage hats and hat boxes and so much more
