The Roe Family Estate Sale
Charles and Jean Roe met in high school in Dallas and were married for 60 years. Together, they raised two daughters in a very loving family and shared many adventures. Both highly educated, her with a degree from Southern Methodist University and him with undergraduate and graduate degrees from Oklahoma University, they shared interests outside family and work (he was a geologist with Humble/Enco/Exxon for over thirty years after two years in the Air Force) in golf, geology/paleontology, seashells, art, antiques, and travel. When she passed in 2015, he donated the vast majority of her meticulously catalogued shell collection to Texas A&M Kingsville. He now lives with their daughter near San Antonio.
