Masks are not required, But are encouraged. Please be mindful of social distancing while attending the sale. We may be limiting the number of shoppers at one time.

Bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items - our staff is not available to do this.
Pick up by closing time on the last day. (Small convenience fee if outside sale days/time)
Homeowner and Style by Sunshine and Sweet Tea are Not responsible for accidents.
No large purses/bags. If bringing own bag to carry items to car, awesome! Please leave with check out.
Tax Exempt? Please bring PRE FILLED out tax exempt form each sale or we will have to charge tax.
