It is the buyers responsibility to determine the condition, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor regarding specific item(s). Tiffany Nicole's Estate Sales will not be held responsible for having made or implied any guarantees or warranties. Please arrange any pick-ups of any furniture or large items prior to leaving the sale (You must speak to the Sales Manager or Sales Director). If pick-up is not made by the end of the sale, buyer forfeits all property / merchandise and will said property/merchandise will be disposed of by Tiffany Nicole's Estate Sales.
