Estate Sale - Berkner Park Richardson - Part 1 Sale

Estate Sale - Richardson   (Part 1 of a 2-Part Sale)

  This week we have a fun Estate Sale in Richardson for an avid collector of CD’s, DVD’s, and crafting supplies.  There is so much stuff in this house that we had to divide the sale into two parts.  This is part one.  Part two will follow part one in a couple of weeks.  To assist the home-owner with general security, the address will be posted on our website and other internet listings Thursday morning.  This one-story home features an entire house of Collectables and Interesting items along with plenty of new items still in their original boxes.

  Entry / Closet - features a nice small storage side table with single drawer and a lower door.  This table has ring / jewelry storage boxes for sale inside.  There is another taller unit that has three drawers and a smaller unit on top with multiple dividers.  We have a square storage ottoman (the top lift offs) to reveal storage.  We have a great metal folding chair with pillow.  This area is packed with pictures and signs.  We have a front closet full of coats (long and short). The walls are packed with pictures and signs.  We have a few small area rugs and shoes.  Brands include: Aetrex, Easy Street, Clarks, Comfortiva, Vince Caruto, B Zees, Naturalizer, Bear traps, Chinese Laundry, Alegria and Earth Origins.  We have a brass coat tree full of long and short NEW umbrellas and some hats.  There are some interesting containers.  We also have an over-the-door mirror with a door that opens to reveal a jewelry hanger (very nice).  Coat and jacket brands include:  Kate & Mallory, New Directions, Comrade Woman, Allison Daley, KSL, Dress Barn, Women and Maggie Barnes, Quizz Agair-New York, Chaps, Roundtree & Yorke, Van Heusen, and Cabella’s.

  Dining Room / Checkout Area – features a full length mirror, a small stool, a wire storage bin with 4 bins, boxes of perfume, and lotion sets.  We have desk lamps, some great crafting paper, and other items.  We have six vintage chairs for sale.  They are wood and in great condition for their age.  We have mix and match china dishes from Wedgewood, Lenox and Fitz & Floyd.  Pieces include dinner plates, salad plates and dessert plates.  Each is priced separately.  We have 9 containers of Blue Ray movies, many are new.  They will be sold separately.  There is a very nice floor lamp along with many other smaller containers.  In the china cabinets are some nice collectables including almost a full shelf of perfume, glasses, green vintage dishes and ruby red vintage dishes (a little of each).  We also have a lot of wall art and signage in this room.  We have assorted costume jewelry, two 4-tier displays of necklaces, two 4-tier racks of bracelets, and one tall rack of long necklaces.  We also have a basket of clip earrings and a basket of post/wire earrings.  Be sure to come early for the best selection.  There are some interesting items like a Brother Printer and an HP Desk Jet 2552 Printer.  We have some crafting helpers like:  Spellbinders, Sizzix, Ottlite, Gemini, and a Shred Safe shredder.  We have an Air Innovations humidifier, some battery flower and greenery lights, and a small collection of cups and saucers.  At the front desk we have a collection of fountain pens from Sheaffer, Harley Davidson, and Waterman.  There is a collection of A&M items as well.  We have a case of sterling silver rings with semi-precious stones in sizes 5 to 11 along with some bracelets and necklaces with pendants.  We also have a case of sterling with a gold overlay called vermeil along with a case of earrings and pins.  Come early for the best selection.

  Great Room / CD’s & DVD’s – features a vintage rattan chair with mating ottoman and a nice matching couch.  This set is in great condition and is a very nice find.  We also have a very nice rocking chair with seat and back pillows.  If you are interested in adding to your CD or DVD business or even starting an on-line business you may find your start-up inventory here.  We have 6,000+ CD’s and 5,000+ DVD’s priced by the box.  CD boxes have about 100 disks, and DVD boxes have about 50 disks.  You can purchase CD’s & DVD’s only by the box during this sale.  We will be glad to take offers if you are interested in a bulk purchase.  The CD’s are staged on the hearth, and DVD’s are staged under and on the long table.  We have a great all wool 7’x7’ area rug in a very nice color combination.  We have two disk holders that have great tops that double as side tables – unusual and very nice.  We have a great iron and rattan chest we’ve used to stage plastic storage food containers that are mostly new.  We have two back to back shelves full of CD and DVD sets (many are vintage) that are priced separately.  We have s small book shelf full of knick-knacks, games, and books, including children’s books, journals and lots of colorful cook books.  There is a very tall book case in the corner full of crafting books, religious and assorted bibles along with lots of art books and some history books.  There are two separate soft-sided storage cases full of coffee table books.  The books are priced separately.  There is an entire shelf full of nut crackers, and other interesting items.  We have a modern floor lamp with a wonderful multi-colored stained glass shade.  There is a vintage leather tufted button wingback chair with matching ottoman in a rust brown color in nice condition.  We have a wonderful brown faux leather love seat recliner that is very comfortable.  There are also some nice table lamps, knick-knacks, and assorted jar candles along with votive type candles.  There is also an oversized emerald green cloth chair in nice condition.  There is a vintage wood magazine rack / holder and two large containers of 33 RPM vinyl records that are priced as marked.  We have two containers of CD’s and DVD’s that have no cases.  They are priced by the disk.  The electronics department in this room has the following items:  a DUAL 1257 turntable in very nice condition and still has its cover.  Sharp Micro component system XL-ES50 5 CD changer, a nice Panasonic CD stereo system SA-PM19, Pioneer DC420V-K DVD Player, Panasonic Tape Recorder, Xbox 360 Kinect, 2 Panasonic Speakers SBPM18 (Black and Grey Front), RCA Clock Radio, Polk Audio Design Portable iPod Station (miDock Studio), Memorex iPod Station, Sony Tran Sound FM/AM Stereo Cassette Recorder CFS-W440, Honeywell Turbo Force Fan and BOSE Speakers.  There is a bin of remotes that are for sale.  We have some Video games as well.  This room also has lots and lots of pictures and signs.  Be sure to take a close look at all the neat stuff.

  Kitchen / Utility Area – features a Nice Washer and Dryer.  This washer is a Maytag; Centennial MCT Maytag Commercial Technology.  We also have an older Kenmore electric dryer.  New items that are new in box is sold as is, and if you open the box you bought it.  We have lots of cleaning products on the shelves above the washer and dryer.  There is a Panasonic Iron NI-WL607 and we have a Rowenta Iron (New in Box).  We have lots of small appliances (some are new in box), some are NEW out of the box.  There is an Instant Pot (New in Box), and a blue insulated carrier bag.  We have an Emeril by T-Fal small tart maker, a Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker, a Philips Air Fryer, Cooks Essential Slow cooker – pressure cooker, Paula Deen Air Fryer, Micro Wave Pressure Cooker, Rival Slow Cooker, Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker that Crisps (NEW in Box).  We have; Ninja Food Processor, Rival Snow Cone Maker, Rival Gravy maker Crock Pot, Whirly Pop Junior, Wolfgang Puck Rice Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Mr. Coffee, Instant Pot Duo Plus, Ninja Blender, Soda Stream, Gloria Jeans Coffee Grinder, Wizard Imperial Coffee Percolator, Magic Bullet and Little Dipper Crock Pot.  We have a nice Nostalgic Electric Coca-Cola Popcorn Popper.  There are lots of food storage containers, and lots of NEW temptations (Temp-tations) serving dishes.  We have measuring cups and covered containers.  There is a bread box, cupcake carriers, and a mixing bowl set (New in Box).

  Kitchen / Eating Area – features a nice modern round table and two arm chairs from Thomasville.  Note: any new item that is new in box is sold as is.  If you open it, you bought it.  There is a box of trays, and a box of bakeware (most are new), and a box of insulated lunch, pizza and other beverage bags.  We have some Starbucks collectable cups and drink mugs.  We have two great sets of dishes - an aqua set and a gray set.  Each is a service for four (4).  There is a great wood salad bowl with eight (8) individual bowls.  Two sets of green oil and vinegar servers.  Look at the walls.  They are full of nice pictures and sayings.  There are three racks of five-drawer storage units with lots and lots of stuff on tops and in the drawers.  We have BBQ utensils, a dish drain, and Wolfgang Puck bakeware set (New in Box) and two sets of Wolfgang Puck knives in wood containers.  We have an extra counter / island full of mostly new items.  Lots of utensils, covered glass bowls, small serving bowls, platters, and sets.  We have a tall metal and wire basket stand full of NEW bakeware.    There are two collapsible coolers and a tall revolving floor fan.  We have a rack of wood cutting boards and a small wood dish drain. 

  Sun Room / Christmas – features a Twin Star Home (a leader in its field) electric fireplace.  There is a Sit-in-Cycle (NEW) and a Bissell Quick Steamer Carpet Cleaner.  We have a Hoover Floor Mate Spin Scrub Hard Floor Cleaner, a Shark Rotator Pro Vacuum, Hunter Air Purifier Brown, Air Innovation Fan Tal – Tan, Waechter’s Bach Christmas Dishes and a large Collapsible Rolling Cart.  We have lots of wall art and Christmas decorations in this Sun Room.  We have lots of angels (tree toppers), a small wood folding chair, and some pillows.  We have a great lighted table top Christmas tree, lots of different Santa’s, knick-knacks, and plenty of storage containers.  We have some smaller storage cabinets as well.  Come early for the best selections. 

  Hall / Double Closet/ Linen Closet – features lots of clothing for women in sizes Large to 3X.  Brand names for ladies tops and blouses include: Kane, Zmara, Asera, My Collections, Liz Claiborne, Susan Lawrence Woman, Wendy Williams, Faded Glory, Diane Van Fustenberg, Chicos, White Stag Carolyn Taylor and Maggie Barners.  Then we have pants by the following brand:  Marla Wynne, White Stasg Womens Plus, Popana, The Vanity Room, Wynne, and Lizport.  We have some dresses. Brands include:  Nikki, Lanz, Hollywood Nites, Green Envelope, Calvin Klein, RJ Collection, and Lord & Taylor.  The hall is filled with lots of pictures and signs, be sure to take a look.  We have a four panel screen with bags and things, floor and bath mats.  There are hanging bins as well as a hat box set.  There are some interesting appliances as well: a Rowenta IS 6200, 1500 Watts Compact Valet and a Steam Cleaner upright.  The linen closet has throws (some new), lots of NEW Sheet sets in Twin, Full, Queen, and King.  There are lots of towels, and hand and face lotions and foaming hand soaps.

  Front Bedroom – features lots of NEW (most in the box) Wigs.  Brands include:  Noriko, Rene’ of Paris, Paula Young, Giabor, Wigsbuy, Jon Renau, Jaclyn Smith, and Raquel Welch.  The wigs are new, and the colors vary from blonde to blended blond to lite and medium brown to blended browns/blonde.  We also have some great PJ’s and Robes in the following brands:  Riders Lee, Stan Herman, Leisvreland, Carole Elecments, White Stag, Ultra, Casa Zeta-Jones.  This front bedroom has a vintage Head and Foot board with wood rails.  It is adjustable to either full or queen (The rails are adjustable).  The mattress and box spring is a full and is in good condition.  The bed is covered with bedding in good condition.  We also have separate pillow cases and bed sets - comforter / topper and shams along with bed skirt.  We also have lots of women’s gloves in cloth, and in leather.  Make sure that you look around the room which has lots of very nice pictures and some sayings as well.  We have two vintage open bottom side tables and a pair of really nice flower globe lamps and there is also a nice stained glass shade lamp (BNI).  We have a vintage three-drawer dresser and a vintage Record cabinet that holds some leopard printed pillows.  We have two small vintage step-stools and some electric hair items and notions.  There are lots of shoes and ankle boots in this room as well.  Note: see brand list under entry.  There are a few jewelry boxes along with purses and two collapsible round leopard hampers.  There is a smaller armoire two door closet in Oak that is in very good condition.  We have bed pillows on one side and hanging purses on both sides.  On top of this oak armoire we have some nice throw or accent pillows.  There are some curtain rods in the corner of this room along with a vintage bench with magazine holder on both sides.  It is in great condition for its age.

  This house is packed full of lots of new or almost new items.  Remember; this is the first of TWO SALES that are scheduled at this location.  So, please be patient while you shop.  Everyone must wear a mask that covers both nose and mouth.  We will be giving out numbers if there is a line.  Thank you!
