Estate Sale - Richardson   (Part 2 of a 2-Part Sale)

  This week we have a fun Estate Sale in Richardson for an avid collector of CD’s (6,000+) and only some DVD’s and Blu-Ray’s.  There is a huge amount of crafting items (two full rooms).  Mixed in are office supplies.  We have lots of dies, scrap booking paper, lots of different size punches and a huge amount of stamping (three large boxes).  This is part two of a two-part sale meaning the entire house and the garage will be open.  To assist the home-owner with general security, the address will be posted on our website and other internet listings Thursday morning.  This one-story home features an entire house of Collectables and Interesting items along with plenty of new items still in their original boxes.  Note:  This sale has so much stuff and we want to sell all of it, so we are discounting every afternoon and twice on Saturday.  Be sure to come early for the best selection on your favorite items.

  Entry & Closet - features a small vintage record storage cabinet, a nice storage chest, and two wooden DVD/CD storage racks/displays.  This area is loaded with pictures and signs.  We have a front closet full of coats (long and short).  We also have a great lime green new travel bag by Samsonite and also a nice travel bag by Samantha Brown.  There are more bags and a backpack staged on the closet floor.  Brands include: Aertex, Easy Street, Clarks, Comfortiva, Vince Caruto, B Zees, and Naturalizer, Bear traps, Chinese Laundry, Alegria, and Earth Origins.  We have a metal coat rack with four storage cavities for umbrellas and canes.  We have short and long umbrellas.  Coat and jacket brands include:  Kate & Mallory, New Directions, Comrade Woman, Allison Daley, KSL, Dress Barn, Women and Maggie Barnes, Quizz Agair-New York, Chaps, Roundtree & Yorke, Van Heusen, and Cabela’s.  We also have lots of new computer storage bags in canvas and very nice leather.  There are also some metal and wire containers for artistic décor.  Come early for the best selection.

  Dining Room / Checkout Area –We have desk lamps, great crafting paper, and unique items like a Jackie-O bag.  We have six vintage chairs and a vintage oak table with leaves and original caster wheels.  This set is in great condition for its age.  We have a great metal folding chair with pillow.  We have mix and match china dishes from Wedgewood, Lenox and Fitz & Floyd.  Pieces include dinner plates, salad plates and dessert plates.  Each is priced separately.  There is a very nice floor lamp with nice shade (BNI). We have another floor lamp with round glass table attached and a nice shade (BNI).  In the china cabinets are some nice collectables (some vintage) including some nice stemmed glasses, perfume, and ruby red vintage dishes (a little of each).  We also have a lot of wall art and signage in this room.  We have lots of nice assorted costume jewelry, two 4-tier displays of necklaces, two 4-tier racks of bracelets, and one tall rack of long necklaces.  We also have a basket of clip earrings and a basket of post/wire earrings.  Be sure to come early for the best selection.  There is a basket of new colored pencils and colored ink pens - each is priced separately.  At the front desk we have a collection of A&M items like; a light bulb, tail gating bottle holders, a baby pacifier, a Christmas Hat, and Christmas ornaments.  We have a case of sterling and vermeil rings with semi-precious stones in sizes 5 to 11 along with bracelets and necklaces with pendants.  We also have an entire case of sterling with a gold overlay called vermeil along with a case of sterling earrings and pins.  We have a box of binoculars (vintage to current) along with an Elvis Presley ornament.  Come early for the best selection.

  Great Room / CD’s, Blu-Rays & DVD’s – features a vintage rattan chair with matching ottoman and matching couch.  This set is in great condition and is a very nice find.  We also have a very nice swivel rocking chair with seat and back pillows in great condition.  If you want a large number of CD’s, we will sell the CD’s by the box or single (your choice).  We have more than 50 boxes of CD’s, so this is an opportunity to start a business or add to an existing one.  We have 6,000+ CD’s and 300+ DVD’s.  Come early for the best selection.  CD boxes contain about 100 disks, and DVD boxes contain about 50 disks.  You can purchase CD’s & DVD’s by disk or by box during this sale.  We have nine containers of Blue Ray movies, many are new.  They are priced by the disk, and we also have sets of CD’s and DVD’s that are priced individually.  We have a small bookshelf full of knick-knacks, games, and books, including children’s books, journals and lots of colorful cook books.  There is a very tall book case in the corner full of crafting books, religious books, and bibles along with art books and some history books.  There are two separate soft-sided cases full of coffee-table books.  The books are priced separately.  There is a shelf full of nut crackers, and other interesting items.  There are also some nice table lamps, knick-knacks, and assorted jar candles along with votive type candles.  There is also an oversized emerald green cloth chair in nice condition.  There is a vintage wood magazine rack / holder and two large containers of 33 RPM vinyl records that are priced as marked.  We have two containers of CD’s and DVD’s that have no cases.  They are priced by the disk.  We also have about seven bins of Blue Ray disks and a Casio Keyboard with table legs and bench.  We have dozens of games (some are vintage).  Come early for the best selection.  We have two benches (their tops come off so it makes for some great hidden storage) one bench is beige, and one is a brown.  Both are in nice condition.  There is a teak folding table (oval) in front of the couch and a nice square velveteen ottoman with storage (its top also comes off).  We have lots of smaller electronic items (new in box) along with cables, disks, and cords.  The electronics corner in this room features: two Toshiba flat screen TV’s and a 24-inch Dell model 3455 all-in-one touchscreen LCD.  There is a Kinet Microsoft Xbox bundle (New in Box), and we also have some games priced individually.  We have a miDockStudio (New in Box), a TV36Stand (New in Box) and some great flexible Power Strips.  There are lots of recording disks and 33 vinyl records.   We have a Sansui Power Stereo Amp, a Magnavox  HDMI Hard Disk Drive, Techniques Compact Disc Player SL-P350, a JVC KD-A22 Stereo Cassette Deck, and an REI 3D Blu-Ray Player BDP MI.  We have a Panasonic VHS Player SQPB Hi-FI, a Panasonic DMR-ES35V a Panasonic DMR-EZ37V, and a Panasonic DMR-ES30V VHS Recorder.  We have a Phillips speaker, a Sharp Micro component system XL-ES50 5 CD changer, a nice Panasonic CD stereo system SA-PM19, Pioneer DC420V-K DVD Player, Panasonic Tape Recorder, 2 Panasonic Speakers SBPM18 (Black and Grey Front), RCA Clock Radio, Polk Audio Design Portable iPod Station (miDock Studio), Memorex iPod Station, Sony Tran Sound FM/AM Stereo Cassette Recorder CFS-W440, and a Honeywell Turbo Force Fan.  There is a bin of remotes priced separately.  We also have three vintage Barbie’s and some vintage Barbie cloths all in original boxes.  Make sure to take a look at the flatware at the end of the table.  It is very nice (unused) with serving pieces.  This room has lots of pictures and signs.  We have some very nice table lamps with shades (BNI), lots of candle holders and nice children’s books.  There is a stereo cabinet in the corner along with some nice wood containers and wire containers.

  Kitchen / Utility Area – features lots of cleaning products on the shelves along with lots of small appliances (some are new in box), some are NEW out of the box.  There is an Kitchen Aide Mixer (New in Box), we have an Emeril by T-Fal small tart maker, a Philips Air Fryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, Mr. Coffee, Instant Pot Duo Plus, Ninja Blender, Gloria Jeans Coffee Grinder, Wizard Imperial Coffee Percolator and a Little Dipper Crock Pot.  There are lots of food storage containers, and lots of NEW temptations (Temp-tations) serving dishes.  We have measuring cups and covered containers.  There are really nice cupcake carriers (new), and a mixing bowl set (New in Box).  We have new pots and pans on the stove along with utensils.  There are a lot of new plastic containers, Knife sets, Covered glass dish containers and lots of nice gadgets.  We have large (new) bread maker, Corning ware and lots of different trays.  There is a (New in Box) Crock Pot, Salad Spinners, and a Conair Table Top Iron.  We have a Curtis Stone everyday Pan with cover (New in Box) and a 2-Quart Electric Nostalgia Ice Cream Maker (New in Box).  We also have a Latex two-speed dessert mixer (New in Box) along with (New in Box) Pyrex containers.  There are lots of flatware sets and other gadgets.  Come early to get the best selection.

  Master Bedroom – features some very nice furniture pieces.  We have a tall jewelry case with flip up top to reveal a mirror.  We have three pieces that match of French provincial furniture like a double dresser with mirror, a night stand, and a lingerie chest.  Each of the pieces is priced separately.  This room has four rolling racks full of clothing.  The clothing is size Large to 3X.  Some of the clothing names are:  Kane, Zmara, Asera, My Collections, Liz Claiborne, Susan Lawrence Woman, Wendy Williams, Faded Glory, Diane Van Fustenberg, Chicos, White Stag Carolyn Taylor and Maggie Barners.  We have pants with brands including: Marla Wynne, White Stasg Womens Plus, Popana, The Vanity Room, Wynne, and Lizport.  We have some dresses. Brands include:  Nikki, Lanz, Hollywood Nites, Green Envelope, Calvin Klein, RJ Collection, and Lord & Taylor.  We have lots of shoes and boots in this room as well.  Some of the Brands include:  Aetrex, Easy Street, Clarks, Comfortiva, Vince Caruto, B Zees, and Naturalizer, Bear traps, Chinese Laundry, Alegria, and Earth Origins.  We also have purses, scarves, gloves, bras, and panties.  We have lots of felt hangers.  There are mirrors, lotions, creams, assorted jewelry boxes, weight scales and other containers.  We have hats, bows, hair clips, curling irons, and hair driers.  We have electric rollers, large non-electric rollers, Hampers, baskets and other containers.  Come early for the best selection.

  Hall / Double Closet/ Linen Closet – features lots of clothing for women in sizes Large to 3X.  The hall is filled with lots of pictures and signs, be sure to take a look.  The linen closet has throws (some new), lots of new sheet sets in Twin, Full, Queen, and King.  There are lots of towels, and hand and face lotions, and foaming hand soaps.

  Front Bedroom – features great PJ’s and Robes in the following brands:  Riders Lee, Stan Herman, Leisvreland, Carole Elements, White Stag, Ultra, Casa Zeta-Jones.  This front bedroom has a vintage Headboard and Footboard with wood rails.  The frame is adjustable to either Full or Queen.   The mattress and box spring are Full and are in good condition.  We have lots of bedding in good condition or new in their original containers.  We also have separate pillow cases and bed sets - comforter / topper, top and bottom sheets, and shams along with bed skirts.  Make sure to look around the room that has lots of very nice pictures and some sayings as well.  We have some very nice smaller furniture pieces along with a great aqua and beige brown area rug.  We have three baby dolls that look like they could be real.  We have some men’s tops hanging on a door.  There is a vintage square table with the middle having some inlaid tiles, and there are other tables as well. We have small step-stools, two piece staking tables, and a smaller armoire two door closet in Oak that’s in very good condition.  We have some nice purses in this room, so make sure you take a look at them.  There is also a vintage chair that is also most buried by all the bedding in this room.  We have bed and throw pillows (some are new).  On top of the oak armoire are some throw or accent pillows.  There are some curtain rods and some really cute stuffed animals set around this room.  We have some really nice PJ’s and Robes hanging on the door so make sure you take a look (some are new).  Be sure you come early to take advantage of all the new and barely used bedding.

  Front Corner Bedroom – Office and Crafts – features some white 2-door cabinets with shelves.  There are plastic containers with multiple drawers, and there are wood framed 2-drawer rattan basket/containers.  There is a large box of rubber stamps on wooden blocks in the middle of the room in sizes small, medium, and large.  We have paints, stains, wheel rubber stamps, colored pencils and pens.  There are brushes, stencils, and more rubber stamps to be mounted.  We have boxes of these.  There is scrapbooking paper, card-stock paper, a cutter, measuring boards, and more.  We have drawing/sketching pads and books along with all sorts of stamping gadgets.  We have Sizzix machines and lots of supplies.  There is so much in this room that if you are a crafter you could spend hours and hours just looking and digging.  Come early to get the best selection.

  Back Bedroom – Crafts and More Crafts – features two large boxes of small, medium and large rubber stamps on wood blocks.  We have white two-door shelf cabinets and open shelves along with bookcases.  We have paints, stains, wheel rubber stamps, colored pencils and pens in this room.  There are lots of stencils and rubber stamps that need mounting.  There are paints and gadgets, pencils, and paper along with machines for crafting.  We have more than 60 pairs of scissors in various sizes and patterns.  You could spend many hours looking at all the craft items we have in this room.  Come early to get the best selection.

  Kitchen / Eating Area – features a nice modern round table and four modern chairs priced separately.  Note: any new item that is new in box is sold as is.  If you open it, you bought it.  There is a box of trays, a cart and a box of bakeware (most are new), and a box of insulated lunch, pizza and other beverage bags.  We have Starbucks collectable cups and drink mugs.  We have two sets of dishes – a black set and a red Christmas set by Waechter’s Bach.  The walls are full of nice pictures and sayings.  We have a counter / island full of mostly new items.  The counter also is for sale.  We have assorted utensils, covered glass bowls, small serving bowls, platters, and sets.  We have a tall metal and wire basket stand full of new bakeware.  We have a rack of wooden cutting boards and a small wood dish drain.  We have mixing bowls, measuring cups, timers, measuring bowls and pourers.  We have lots of stainless steel strainers, bowls and chicken roasters.  There is a Wolf Gang Puck Bistro Collection, an Aroma, a box of table linens, and a large box of cookie cutters.  We have a butcher-block table with lower shelf on wheels and a vintage table with a lower shelf on wheels.  We have lots of kitchen gadgets along with a new terra-cotta roaster.  We also have a Roys electric stainless wok (new w/o Box).  Come early for the best selection.

  Sun Room / Christmas – features a Twin Star Home (a leader in its field) electric fireplace.  There is a Bissell Quick Steamer Carpet Cleaner.  We have a Hoover Floor Mate Spin Scrub Hard Floor Cleaner, Hunter Air Purifier Brown, Air Innovation Fan Tal – Tan.  We have lots of wall art and Christmas decorations in this room.  We have lots of angels (tree toppers), a small wood folding chair, and some pillows.  We have a great lighted table top Christmas tree, lots of different Santa’s, knick-knacks, and plenty of storage containers.  We have some small storage cabinets as well.  Come early for the best selection.  We have lots of Christmas items, from tree decorations to a nice lighted house, tree toppers, angles and a nice selection of figurines.  There are also assorted totes from small to medium (the large totes are in the garage).  There is a wood like smaller storage cabinet and a half size storage cabinet.  We have Santa’s, angels, bulbs, houses, lights, elves, and trimming items.

  Double Garage – features a new Teeter Hang-Ups machine that has never been assembled.  We also have a Malibu Pilates Pro, Chair Gym and other hand-held exercise equipment.  Come early to get the best selection.  We have a large table of hand tools (most appear unused).  We have a nice selection of curtain rods, a floor fan, and assorted bags for all occasions.  There are coolers, a Roto Matic, Baam HP tapes, mounts, clamps, paper rolls, dusters, window cleaning pads, containers, pails, and much more.  There are extension cords, puzzles, and rubber pads to make a nice soft floor surface.  We have assorted containers, wire lifts and various travel bags.  We have storage shelves, folding chairs, a Coleman Quickbed, and Quick pump II mattress.  There are all sorts of containers, mesh plastic (in various sizes).  Some have covers and some do not.  Come early for the best selection.  There is a pristine HUFFY Nel Lusso Cruiser bike.  We have a Rolser rolling tote, two twin headboards with rails, a Touch Up steamer (new), and yard equipment.  There are lots of new light bulbs, and storage shelves along with lots of rattan boxes/containers (some with lids).  There is a new Titan Little Giant Ladder Systems and a like new lawn mower; a KOBALT KM 210, 21” 53 CM.  We have a ProForm 200 exercise machine and a new purple walker with hand brakes and seat.  We have an Equate dark charcoal shower seat with back.  This garage has so much in it that you cannot see everything unless you spend some time looking.  You will find great deals here if you look.  Come early for the best selection.

  This house is packed.  It has lots of new items in assorted categories along with some slightly used items.  We have great deals and extra discounts along with longer hours on Saturday.  Please be patient while you shop and remember that you must wear a mask that covers both nose and mouth.  We will also have wipes and hand sanitizing liquid at checkout.  We will be giving out sequential numbers if there is a waiting line.  Thank you!
