* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* Bidder inspection of pictures is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the pictures of the item to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
* Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.
* Buyer's premium rate of 18% will be charged.
* Payment types that we accept include MC, VISA, AMEX, Discover
* Any surcharges or discounts for payment types.
* Winning bidders are expected to make payments within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. * * Failure to pay in a timely fashion may result in revoking your ability to bid in future auctions.
* Shipping fees will be charged to winning bidders. Prices include packing and shipping by a 3rd party vendor. Insurance is not included but you may request to add insurance coverage to your invoice if you desire.
