  This week we have a very clean Estate Sale in the “Heather Ridge Estates” community of Richardson near the city’s border with Garland.  There is lots of “Signed Art” throughout the house, and most of the pieces have certificates.  Works include:  Slava Brodinsky – Acres of Color, Jean-Claude Carsuza – Le Mes le Soleil el les Fleurs, Alexander Chen – Moon Over Lambard Street, Thomas, Kinkade – The Mountain Chapel, Itzchak Tarkay – Morning Social, Thomas Kinkade – San Francisco; Market Street, Emile Bellet – D’or et de Reve, David Schluss – Midnight Symphony, Alex Parker – View From Above, Emile, Bellet – Violinest Bleu, Thomas Kinkade – Evening in the Forest, Peter Max – God Bless America, Britto Romera – Happy Hour, and Ken Shotwell – Sunset in San Francisco.  There are too many to list them all, so we encourage you to come early for the best selection.

  Entry / Living Room / Checkout Area – features some vintage trucks.  They are:  1930’s Sheet Metal Coupe / Sedan 18”, 1920’s Vintage Steel Dump Truck – Sonny Dayton Specialty Company, a Vintage Metal Farm Truck 1950’s, and a Tender Heart 2000 Wood truck 18”.  Come early if you are interested in these items as they are great finds.  There also is a Monopoly Game (with all the parts) that is an original from the 60’s.

There are three PENN Fishing Reels.  One is for catching Big Game Fish.  We have a great Brown Leather Arm Chair with rolled arms.  It is paired with a Red “overstuffed” Velveteen Ottoman.  The chair is staged with two nice red down-filled pillows.

We also have some nice shoes and boots in this room in their original boxes.  They are:  A.J. Comfort – Black Suede Boots, Anne Klein, Conture, Steven Boots, Black Zipper at Back, Joan & David, – Fushia Heels, Monica Magic – Burgandy Shoes, Karen Scott, Rangon – Black Shoes / Booties, Vero – Cvoio – Black Boots, Joan & David – Brown Boots Ankle, Calvin Klein shoes – Pink, and finally Delman – Green Shoes.

  Dining Room – features a round drop leaf table.  It is awesome.  It has two legs that fan out so each drop leaf can be supported.  Drop down one or both leaves.  We also have a nice large cabinet with a drop down desk – computer work area that supports a printer and has room for supplies.  There is a nice small Cabinet with two glass shelves and a single drawer.  We also have a small corner table and a nice entry / dining room accent table.  There is lots of interesting crystal, Spode China, Lenox Bud Vases and Lenox small animals, two swans and an elephant.  We have a small Christmas tree in a pot, some lighted presents, and some great nutcrackers.  There are a few large mugs with Christmas accents, a Santa and Sleigh along with a covered ceramic box.  We have some nice floral arrangements, some Asian pots, and pot holders.  We have a nice artificial tree in Asian pot.  There is a floor lamp in silver tone with a flexible lamp neck (BNI).  There are some large baskets with covers and a nice gold-finish framed mirror.  There are some great sequin dresses for holiday parties.  We have a second nice round table with scalloped edges in the larger hallway.  We have assorted “Bags in Bags” gift bags along the walls in the hallway.  We have Christmas items on the stairs.  We have moved all items from the second floor down to the first floor, so there is no need to go up steps.  There is a full length white fox coat and a leather fringe jacket in suede. 

  Kitchen / Eating Area – features dishes on the table White by Elements.  There are also some great serving pieces.  We have nice small appliances including: Ambraino Grill, Oster Steamer (NEW), Jack Lalanne’s – Power Juicer, Black & Decker Coffee Pot, Krups Power Mixer, Cuisinart Food Processor, Cooks Griddle and a Large Pressure Cooker Pot.  Come early for the best selection of these great bargains.  There is an Oval (or larger rectangle) Dining Table with Three Leaves.  This table has two really nice Arm Chairs with cloth seats that can be recovered and four side chairs with cloth seats that can be recovered.  This eating area has lots of NEW gift items.  We have an Asparagus cooking pot and some deep dish pie plates with covers. There are some great kitchen gadgets, some Pyrex, and come Corning ware.   We have some microwave items along with a nice bread keeper, glasses, and much more.  There is a great electric (like new) wine cooler by Avanti.  We also have a nice stainless trash can and a large stainless ice pot. 

We have lots of NEW Gift Items from Tuesday Morning and Neiman Marcus.  These items are great for Holiday Gift Giving, House Warmings, or Entertaining.  Please do not open the boxes!  What is pictured on the outside of the box is what’s inside.  If you Open It; you Bought It!  There are boxes of three picture frames, all-purpose trays – Strawberry Shaped, Plates, Great Stuffed Animals in a Cup, Cheese Plate Set, Wine Glasses, Assorted Gift Cups, Sets of Dishes, a Chip and Dip Pepper Set, and Trays.  Crystal Vases, and Candle Trio’s with Candles, Lenox small Bud Vases, and a Sectional Server with Dip Cover.  We have assorted Cake Plates with Servers, Great Strawberry Shaped Trays, and oversized cups with assorted Tea.  There are sets of Demitasse Cups and Saucers, Oval Platters, and a Great Pitcher and Platter Set.  There are multiples of some items including glasses with the etched phrase:  “Living Well is the Best Revenge”.  There are Picture Boards with Album Sets and Margarita Sets.  We have lots of new Paper Plates, Napkins, Glasses and some Flatware.  There are Note Cards, Post-Its, Aprons, Chefs Hats and Towels.  Come early for the best selection of these items.

  Family Room – features some great Electronics and Furniture.  We have; a Denon DVD Player, Niles 4 speakers, Selector, Denon CD Recorder CDR-W1500 DVD Player, Samsung DVD Player/VHS Player, Sony DVD Player/VHS Player, Denon CD Recorder, Denon Surround Reciever DVD-1910, SSVC-4 Speaker Selector/Volume Control System, Mintel DVD MP-3 1600 Player and a pair Bose Bookshelf Speakers, Techniques Quartrz Direct Drive Turntable System SL-1200 M3D and Phono Pre Amp PP-999.

This room also has great Furniture - a Beige Tone Love Seat and Three Cushion Couch with two matching pillows.  The furniture is made by “Lazy Boy” under the name “Clayton Marcus” a great name in furniture making.  There is also a “Lane” Rocker/Recliner Brown Leather Chair.  We have some great tables in this room as well as a four-piece matching set made by “HECKMAN”.  We have a square side table with single drawer with a Herringbone top and a large Square Coffee Table with Herringbone top. We have a long sofa table and a small side table with Herringbone tops.  Come early for these great items and bargains.  Also in this room we have a two-shelf electronics table with nice glass shelves.  We also have a nice set of Fireplace tools, a metal fireplace grate, CD’s, DVD’s, and some 33 RPM records.  There are some really nice table linens; napkins, placemats, and table clothes along with some napkin rings.  This room also has a large 2 piece Entertainment Center with a (3) black panels for speakers.  This unit also has drawers and smoke-colored doors for great storage.  It is an Executive Size entertainment center that can house a flat screen TV.  There are also two large TOWER Speakers by Boston Acoustic.  This room has the bar with Ice Buckets, Sets of NEW glasses, some games, a great hanging Stained Glass, and more.

  Guest Bedroom Men’s & Women Bouquet – features women’s shoes.  Brands include:  Vionic, Vanelli, Vince Camuto, Caparros, Stuart Weitzman, Enzo Claiborne, J. Renee, Liz Claiborne, Chico, St. John’s, Marmi, Carlos Santana and Ronay.  Come early for the best selection.  We have some purses including:  Coach, Kate Landry, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Gold Coast, Byoux Terner, Relic, Styles & Company.  Come early for the best selection.

We have some great women’s clothings including:  Dockers, La Blanca, Design 356, American Glamour, Carilyn, Anne Klein, Escada, D&Company, Laundry, Polo – Ralph Lauren, SILX, Neiman Marcus, Niki Golf, Gabriella Rossi, DKNY, Claudio Agnelli, Iman, Kelli Kouri, Emanuel, Ann Taylor, GAP, Serena Williams, Joans Elements, Terry Lewis, Kay Unger, Dana, Buchman, L by Yair, Adrianna Papell, Susan Poulos, Nikki Poulos, Atelier, Campletely Me By, Lia Lange, St. John,  BC&B Maxazria & Traves Ayers.  Note:  all the women’s clothing is in great “like new” condition.  Come early for the best selection.  We have some great Men’s clothing like; Sports Coats, Suits, Pants.  There is also a lamb skin Black Leather Jacket and a Men’s Windbreaker - long rain coat.  All of the men’s clothing is in great “like new” condition.

  Master Front Bedroom – features some awesome women’s hats (new and vintage) with some great hat boxes.  Some of the hat brands are:  Joan Boyce HSC (Beige & Black) from HSC, Whittall & Shon, Eric Javits w/ Neiman Marcus, Shelley Sinon for Stetson, Peter Bettly for Neiman Marcus, Escada, Camrose & Krass and finally Betmar I(Italy) for Neiman Marcus.  The large Hat boxes will be sold separately.  We have two Havarti’s Emerald Green Printed Fabric - Wing Back Chairs along with some great throw pillows – sold separately.  There is also a really nice trundle Bed – all it needs is two single twin mattresses (available from many retailers).  We have a great Armoire with wrap around large doors.  It has shelves and drawers which make for great storage.  This piece makes a great statement.  We have bed linens for Twin, Full, Queen and King.  We also have a Singer Sewing Machine Confidence Quilter – which is made just for Quilting and is portable – what a find.  There are also hand and bath towels along with very large pool/swim towels.  There is also a wedge pillow (like new), and new twin and full electric blankets.  We have two hand towel sets “new” for Christmas. 

  Hallway – features some nice hanging art and some suede clothing – tops, skirts, and shorts.  We also have some pillows that match along with gift bags,  “bags in bags”.

  Large Triple Garage – features Patio Furniture and Big Deep See Fishing Lures and Reels.  We have a vintage three door cabinet, along with assorted mats in a variety of sizes.  There are assorted hand tools.  We have a rectangular glass top Patio Table.  It has four chairs that match with seat cushions.  They are priced separately.  We have some side tables, plant liners, a well used patio table, and some small side tables.  We have bird feeders, Christmas decorations, and some Easter decorations.  We have a Big Game Fishing lures and reels along with assorted attachments.  We have a metal four-shelf corner plant stand.  There are a few tree stands and lighted Christmas yard items.    We have assorted totes, some extra seat cushions, and a large storage container/chest with flip up top.  We have assorted smaller cabinets – some with drawers, some without.  The center island has assorted hand tools and some electric tools.  Come early for the best selection.  There is a wooden stool, golf clubs and bag, a travel golf bag, tools, waders, and a glass set for pool side.  There is so much stuff packed into this three car garage that we cannot list all of it.  Come early for the best selection.
