We will be limiting the number of people inside the home due to the number of fragile and high value items present.

We are not responsible for accidents and expect shoppers to be calm and courteous to others and our staff during the sale.

Armed security will be present at the house at all times throughout the weekend.

We will be discounting items throughout successive days of the sale and will be following the schedule below:
- Thursday: Full Price
- Friday: 25% off
- Saturday: 50% off
- Sunday 75% off

Presales may be considered for high dollar items at the homeowners discretion. Any item offered as a presale will NOT be subject to any negotiation in asking price.

Credit cards will be accepted with no additional fee for transactions greater than $20 and less than $1,500. Purchases greater than $1,500 must be paid for with cash, zelle, or a bank wire. Any transaction greater than $5,000 must be paid with cash or a wire transfer.

Buyers will have the opportunity to inspect any items available at the sale. All purchases are understood to be a final sale as is and as shown.
