Moving Estate Sale 8306 Clover Leaf, Rosenberg, Tx 77469 Saturday and Sunday Feb 15th & 16th

Prominent Rose-Rich resident Dian Clarke director of Rosenberg-Richmond Helping Hands must move to be with family following the death of her husband.  She is selling the contents of her 5-bedroom home. 

House is full. Counter Height Table with center leaf expansion to seat 6 and 4 chairs. Desk, filing credenza and corner worktable, bookcases, sofas and chairs, along with king size beds, and dressers and a reversible spreads with Audubon design and another pictured.  Nice TV Stand and a large screen TV.  Also available will be many of the family’s collection of Glassware, including a vintage Punch bowl and underplate.  Family crystal, and party plates made up of candlewick, English hobnail and etc. a set of early Noritake China and loads of vintage nick knack accessories.  Dishes along with other kitchen items.  Wash Machine will also be available. 

Loads of fun items like toys, stuffed animals and games. A wide variety of books, vintage and present the whole family were avid readers, including gardening, travel, history, Audubon society, educational and more. 

Other important items will be a Car Tow Dolly, ramps, spare tire along with a hitch hauler for extra supplies from their traveling days.  Yard mower and tools plus many garage items.  Several sets of golf clubs, bags and carts and a closet full of golf clothing in nice order. Plus a great collection of golfing Memorabilia.
