On auction day, all interested parties for the real estate must have a cashier's check in the amount of $10,000 that will go into escrow if your bid is accepted by the seller. Any persons bidding on "boats", must have a cashier's check to deposit at registration for "boat" bidding. The high bidders cashier's check will be kept and deducted from the invoice total. You will sign over the back of the check if you're the winning accepted bid, or exchange cash for the cashier's check if you prefer.
