if you are tax exempt you must present your tax exempt sales certificate ... a copy must be given to the cashier ... per the controllers office inorder for companies to be tax exempt the certificate must be on file with the Estate Sale company .. no exemptions .

Pls note: items may be removed at estate owners discretion ...,This estate will contain high security .. we will not tolerate any nonsense.. we will have undercover security and we may limit the amount of customers coming in at a time ..

Note: Due to the nature of this sale absolutely no purses, bags,large coats, jackets of any sort will be allowed in the sale.

Due to the vast amount of breakable items absolutely no children allowed under the age of 16 this includes infants, strollers or parents holding children ..

Please be aware any item not paid for or hidden with the intent of not paying will result in an immediate arrest ... pls note .. undercover POLICE will be onsite .

Buyer beware .. if anything is broken as a result of buyer negligence the item is considered sold at the asking price .

absolutely no refunds

sales tax is charged on everything .. if you are a dealer you must present Ashbury Lane a copy of your sales certificate for us to keep for our records .. no exceptions .. even if you think we have a copy on file we are advising you well in advance .. make a copy of a valid sale tax certificate this does not mean your sales number .. this means your actual certificate .

pls adhere to our rules for this sale .. there are no exceptions ..
