If you bring your children or find one on the street and bring them then you must keep them with you at all times. Otherwise we will price and sell them. You pay for any damage done by them and then have to clean the mess they leave. Got it. You are responsible for the them...not me.

FANTASTIC TROPHY CLUB HOME

This a 6000 foot home just waiting for you to come see all its treasures. This is in a gated community so you will need the SECRET CODE for entering. Read on and you will get to the SECRET CODE in a minute. This sale is a relocation sale and the house has already sold. Everything pictured is for sale with the exception of the TVs, Backyard furniture and the Pool Table. They all went with the home.

We just found out they want us to see the 2007 Denali XL. This has everything you would ever need on a vehicle. Nav system, great sound system, 25 inch wheels and alloy wheels. It is also one of the cleanest cars you will see.

We have just gotten into this house and are finding all sorts or items and true treasures. There is a Master bedroom set that is a one of a kind. It is made from old Church Doors. The bed, head and foot boards are old church doors. The dresser is made from old Church doors. Oh yea, the doors came from overseas. The chest of drawers is also made from old Church doors. The garage is not stuffed and that is because it is a four car garage. But it does have some neat stuff in there also.

In the Master Bedroom Closet (I have had smaller bedrooms and this is just the closet) you will find lots and lots of fun clothes...and shoes...lots of shoes. There are ball gowns that have never been worn. Still have the price tags on some of them. They are sizes 6-8 and then some of the other clothes are size small. Oh did I mention the shoes...size 10 and then there are some size 7 and 7 1/2 for the daughters shoes and boots.

Upstairs in one of the offices at this house you will find some storage shelves. These are full of food items and I mean lots of food items. This homeowner was one who liked to use coupons---and she it did VERY WELL. Do not buy any cereals, mustards, soups, cake mixes and other food items until you come get these. It boggles the mind. But it is kinda neat.

Now to get past the guard shack and the SECRET CODE. Tell them you are going to 9 Hayes Ct. and the Estate Sale. Pretty tricky-right.
