Lucy’s Estate Sales along with Bodie Knapp Auction Services announce an auction and invites all patrons to attend.  This is a special estate sale being an Absolute Auction of  the remaining items of the estate of Charlotte LeVois & Frederick (Fred) Alan Sternberg.  Fred was an avid pilot, owning several small planes over the years.  This sale will be a little different than the usual estate sale as we are having a Licensed Auctioneer Conduct the Sale and Lucy’s Estate Sales will be overseeing all items being auctioned off.  Viewing of the items up for auction will be two hours prior to the sale which will be on the 13th of September, the time for review would be from 3:00 pm till 5:00 pm.  You will also need to register with the auctioneer staff and obtain a number in order to participate in all bidding.  Everything will be sold as is where is with no warranty or guaranties implied.  "No refund or exchanges".  We are not equipped to load the airplane as well as there are several large pieces of tools and the like.  Please remember to bring help when purchasing items or when you schedule pick up time.  All items must be removed by end of sale.  Not responsible for accidents or injuries. There will be many items that are pre-boxed that you can bid on prior to the largest item being auctioned off that being the airplane.  The auction and plane are located at the Robstown Airport in Hanger T-8.  There will be staff to assist you in checking in, directing designated parking area, & proceeding to the auction site.
