Everything will be sold "as is" "where is" with no warranty or guaranties implied. "No refund or exchanges". As there are many large items in this sale please remember to bring help when purchasing items or when you schedule pick up time. All items must be removed by end of sale. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. Forms of payment will be Cash and Credit Card. We appreciate that you share the information about our sale.

In keeping with the current situation with the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) and the CDC recommendations the following will be implemented.  We will be limiting not more than 10 people at any given time within the home during the entire sale.  Please be aware that our staff will be counted within that group of 10.  We will be providing sanitizers and wiping down areas throughout the sale.  We would like to emphasize that if your are feeling even the least bit ill please refrain from coming out to the sale and follow all other procedures that have been taken by local agencies such as hospitals with asking yourself the questions in regards to your own personal health situation. 

An additional service we will provide unique to this sale.  We will be prepared to take orders online on a first come first serve basis.  You can either email us, text or call and be prepared to let us know which item you are interested in and if it will be picked up or mailed.  If mailed you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs as well.  If it will be picked up a set time will be established to allow for the least disruption for all.  As always we appreciate your support and the support for the Dittlinger family of whom we are conducting this true estate sale.

Our Estate Sale this week located in the Robstown/Petronella area.  This home has many great treasures.  You will not be disappointed.  This is the estate of Theresa “Florine” Dittlinger & her late husband Arthor “Buddy” Dittlinger.  Buddy preceded Florine in death and kept their legacy alive daily.  Florine was a graduate of Calallen High School.  She was a member of St. John Nepmucene Church in Robstown where she served her parish in the Woman’s Altar Society.  Later was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church and the Violet Historical Society  in Violet, TX.  Florine was the Matriarch of her extended family.  Florine Loved & Lived to dance.  She would attend friends at the Robstown Community Hall.  In addition, remember this home is in the countryside so just be aware of your surroundings.  Parking will be to the side of the house where there is an empty lot.  Please follow the guides to park and know that this home is easy to find.

There are many collectibles, & household items.  Specially to note are the items in the garage that pertain to Hunting, Fishing and general household chores.  Please note our hours for the sale are lil different than our normal in town sales.
