Our Estate Sale this week is Phase II of the Estate of James Presley located in the Robstown/CalAllen area.  The main part of this sale will consist of the Barn and additional items not previously sold as well as those few items remaining from the previous sale earlier this month.  Although we are not auto dealers this sale does have several vehicles and other items that will be for sale.  Everything will be sold as is where is with no warranty or guaranty’s implied.  “No refunds or exchanges”.  We will be accepting Cash, Visa, MC Credit Cards~Debit with matching valid I.D.  All purchases must be removed by 4pm on the last day of the sale with no exceptions.  Not responsible for accidents or injuries.  No children will be allowed inside the barn area.  In addition, as a note this home will be up for sale in the near future.  You will not be disappointed.
