Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $20 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $50), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, IF YOU SHOW UP TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT THE PROPER HELP YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND AND WE WILL NOT MOVE THE ITEMS FOR YOU. Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale. If you DO NOT show up to pick up your items before the end of the sale we will NOT return to let you in and a refund will not be given. ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise. We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property. ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
Bring boxes with you if possible as we are limited on space to keep them to pack items in. No oversized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
we do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
If one of my staff helps you move an item, it is a $20 charge.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
If furniture has been repaired or has surface damage it is being sold "AS IS".

Friday all costume jewelry will be reduced 50% and fine jewelry by 30%.

MOST of the Antiques and collectibles will be 50% off ( there will be some items that are only reduced and this includes some the fine art and furs.)

This is an unusual sale. It is being held in two of the owners condominiums. The larger unit downstairs (124) will hold the antiques collectibles and Art. The upstairs unit (223) will be fine and costume jewelry. Yes, there is that much jewelry! The fine jewelry will not be onsite until the day of the sale.

We will need to limit the number of people allowed in each unit. You can pay for your items in either unit by means of cash or credit ( cards are limited to a minimum purchase of $25)
