Note … Sale is in gated community. Must enter at Henry Chandler Dr. entrance off Ridge Road then take first right to guard shack. Check in with guard and give address of sale. Turn left on Yacht Club Dr. and continue 3/4 mi. to Dame Pattie Dr. Entrance to home is on Yacht Club. There Is ample parking in Mansell Community Park which is close to house.

A lovely couple married 60 years are ready to downsize. Fred and I both were excited about what they’re leaving behind – a large collection of wonderful costume jewelry … quality furniture in great condition … collectibles that include apothecary scales, nautical items (model ships, books on sailing, mermaid statuary, etc.), seascape framed art, unusual clocks … a gourmet kitchen … and a garage that had Fred raving about its contents (power tools and stuff).
