WE ARE AT 50-80% OFF!!!!   On Saturday June 12, from 9-4 each day…RAIN OR SHINE, we will be having an estate sale on Oak Hollow Lane, Rockwall, TX [the Shores], that will include many wonderful antiques, hundreds of books, a sewing room, and much more.

Our list begins with an office room with a beautiful antique secretary that has vintage opera binoculars, many pieces of silver plated items [THERE IS NO STERLING OR GOLD IN THIS SALE], antique 1858 desk top secretary and ink well, hand blown BIMAL 1800’s Stoddard bottle, antique 1800’s stamp set, vintage office desk, set of Oxford dictionaries, and some amazing books including a complete Bible with the Book of Common Prayer written in 1639, Books of Psalms dated 1856, 1717 Book of Common Prayer and 1806 John Wesley sermons. In the next room we have many musical instruments including recorders, a long horn, a dulcimer, and more. In the same room is hundreds of books, children’s craft books and items, a treadmill and a curio. Speaking of crafts, we have a wonderful vintage mini Singer sewing machine in is original case, we also have a craft and sewing room that is loaded with crafts and sewing items….and best yet, it has a Janome Memory Crafts 6600 and a Brother LX3817A sewing machine. In the Mid Century Modern period of chairs, we have two rare Adrian Pearsall “slim Jim” chairs in wonderful condition. Also, there is another smaller secretary, a small drop leaf table, large living room MCM style curio loaded with beautiful items including crystal decanters, a tea set still in its original box dated 1955 from Tokyo, Japan, a beautiful handmade wooden Christmas tree, dining room set, many pieces of cookware and small kitchen appliances, a full bed with dresser, vintage Boy Scout uniforms, some wonderful vintage toys including Peanuts Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and Lucy from the early 1960’s, and many vintage Steiff animals. We also have a garage full of items including some tools, leaf blower, camping items, large tarps, a vintage cedar chest and a weight lifting set…just to name a few. And, the list is so much longer.

Our policy is that we do NOT take credit cards. Cash, Venmo, and Pay Pal only. We also DO NOT move furniture. Please bring help, and it must be removed by 4:00 the last day of the sale. This sale is in the Shores HOA community of Rockwall, and they do not allow directional signage, so please use your GPS. The good thing is that it is the first right turn after you enter the Shores community. Also…there is NO early bird buying. We open at 9:00 a.m., and NO sales prior to that. Sorry.
