Directions from Temple: Take hiway 53 towards Rosebud, go about 3 or 4 miles past Barclay, watch for A framed house on your right (signs will be posted). Coming from Rosebud take hwy 53 towards Temple, go about 4 or 5 miles house is on right. See map above.
The easiest way from Temple is hiway 53 go past Greens Sausage store a few miles then stay on 53 towards Rosebud, about 3 miles you will go through Barclay, continue about 3 miles house is on left (A) framed house.
Mr. Ernst built this home, and it has been his residence for 35 years, now due to health issues he has moved. 35 years of collecting glassware, books and furniture and all remaining items will be offered at this estate sale on the first weekend of April. The home is stuffed, and rooms are full. See calendar below. House is full and loaded with all types of treasures. The loft has been closed off for safety. Since the house has been closed for nearly two years, due expect dust and dirt.
You may think it is a long trip to our location, however we are only about 20 plus miles from Temple, 6 miles from Rosebud, and not too far to travel from Waco. We must clear out all remaining items from the home. Home has sale pending and we need to clear the house.
The Ernst name is well known around the Rosebud/Falls County area. Mr. Ernst father ran a cotton gin for many years in the Rosebud area.
Dealers and collectors and Ebay seller and public, here's a chance to get some great inventory for your shops and collection.
The home has been unoccupied for nearly two years, we are in the process of getting items in order. This house is crowded with all types of stuff.
** House is full and moving room is kind of limited, we need to sell it all, come see us.
