No food, drink, or pets in the home (service animals are fine). There is no public restroom.
Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchases by April 9th at 12p. Bring help.
All items are sold "as is, where is". You are welcome to test the working condition of items on site when it is safe to do so. We do not make guarantees regarding the condition of items sold, and we do not offer refunds.
