Payment Options: We accept and prefer, Zelle, Venmo & Cash as payment methods. No checks or credit cards.
• Preference, ZELLE, or VENMO. WE WILL TAKE CASH. NO CARDS. NO CHECKS.
• All items are sold in “AS IS” condition. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
• You MUST bring your own loading help as we DO NOT MOVE ITEMS!
• We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while visiting our home.
• Please be courteous to all neighbors. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
Entry Rules:
No purses allowed inside. Hand wallets only for ease of movement and security.
No children permitted at the sale due to the presence of delicate and breakable items.
Limited entry: Only 5 customers will be allowed inside at a time to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Breakable Items: Many items, including glassware, are fragile. Please handle all items with care. You break it, you buy it.
Furniture Pickup: If purchasing furniture, we prefer pickup on Sunday after 4 p.m. in case the item is being used for a display. We understand if alternate arrangements are necessary, but we encourage waiting until that time for easier management of space.
