Sale Details: Each unit will be opened for the entire 4 hours of the sale, and buyers may walk into each unit and either purchase the entire unit at a “buy it now” price, or they may choose to purchase individual items. Item prices will be no higher than 60% of their appraised value, and drop by 25% each hour until all items are sold. The “buy it now” price will be no higher than 50% of the appraised value of the unit. So, there are some GREAT deals in this sale. We just need to GET IT GONE!! If items are sold prior to a “buy it now” purchase, then the “buy it now” price will drop accordingly. Buyers purchasing the unit at a “buy it now” will need to bring their own lock and have the unit cleared out in 72 hours, and leave a $50.00 deposit, refunded after the unit is totally cleared out. Due to slow internet service on the property, this will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry. But, the internet works well enough for you to check item prices on your phone for prices. From Hwy 276 and 1565 North [Exxon station], go about 2 miles and take a left onto FM 35 at the blinking red light. Go about 2 miles and the storage property in on your left.
