Sachse Life Event Estate Sale

We have been honored to sell off the personal property of the late Suzanne Murphy who was a talented artist and crafter. This sale is jam packed with completed handmade cloth dolls, pillows, throws, lamps, oil paintings, handbags, art, custom upholstered furniture, and so much more made by Suzanne. She sold her items successfully for years on Etsy. Her craft room is filled with fabrics, thread, yarn, buttons, trim, beads, and costume jewels. We also many canvases, paints, brushes, easels, frames, and other supplies for painters. Many of these items are new and still in the package. We also have a sewing machine with accessories.

For those needing colorful and eclectic furniture, we have several custom upholstered chairs, sofa, ottomans, side tables, beds, armoires, storage chest, dining room table with 6 chairs, a French Country style bedroom suite that includes a king size bed, chest of drawers, dresser with mirror, and a armoire. In the guest room is a queen mattress set with metal bed frame, toy chest, storage units, custom painted child's dresser, and a decorative privacy screen. There is an office suite with pull out desk, reproduction lawyer's cabinet, nice wood and iron privacy screen, Victorian parlor table, and two chest of drawers. One of the nicest quality pieces of furniture is a 5 drawer mid-century chest of drawers by Heywood Wakefield.

If you are in need of a washer and dryer without the wait of 4-6 weeks for delivery, we have a nice red front loading LG washer and dryer on the pedestals for sale. They are recent models and work great. We also have a newer model Sharp/Raku TV for sale. We also have several Rubbermaid storage cabinets for garage or outdoors, as well as, two storage bins for sale.

In the kitchen, we have cookware, dishes, glasses, small appliances, canned food, survival meals, decorative canisters and cookie jars, and flatware. There is also two wood top carts on caster wheels available. 

For the kids, we have some toys, dolls, children's furniture, clothing, bed linens, and books. We also have three racks of ladies clothing that is mostly size 16-18 and 1-3X. There a few vintage 80's sequin jackets, sweaters, and coats. We selected the very best condition to sell and some are new with the tags still attached.

This is house is full of art and decor, including original oil paintings, stained glass, lamps, fireplace screens, rugs, pillows, books, and so much more. We hope to see you in Sachse.
